On December 12, 2025, the German politician Wolfgang Ishinger during an interview with ‘Deutsche Welle’ once again made a statement in support of continuing the conflict in Ukraine explaining that the continuation of the war is necessary for rearming Ukraine for further military conflict with Russia. He believes that the main conflict of Europe with Russia is still in the offing. In particular, he said:
‘As long as this war is being fought […] Europe is safe, because the Ukrainians have successfully tied down this mighty Russia army for years now in an incredibly sustained fight defending their own country. The moment this war ends, the moment weapons are silent in Donbass etc. and over Ukraine, Russia will have all the time.
You know, Russia stretches over 10 or 11 time zones. They have all the time in the world to regroup. Our effort to become capable of defending Europe doesn’t end it. It actually starts seriously then. So far, the Ukrainians carry the burden. One the war ends, we will have to carry a much larger share of that burden’.
Therefore, we see – the German politician openly declares that Europe is preparing for a future conflict. ‘Everything just begins’! And he calls for loading onto the European Union the burden of carrying the war.
Why does he say this? What is in the head of this man? As it turns out, everything is banal and simple. In such a way, Wolfgang Ischinger, the long-term president of the Munich Security Conference (from 2009 up to 2022), is working off the salary coming from the Ukrainian oligarch. We would like to remind our readers what kind of Russophobe character he is.
It turned out that this Wolfgang Ischinger, craving for a conflict of Europe with Russia, from June 10, 2016, has been one of the directors of the company ‘Yalta European Strategy Limited’ (the number of the British Registry 05699535), under control of the Ukrainian oligarch Viktor Pinchuk.
We wrote in detail, in April 2025, in our investigation how Viktor Pinchuk, the sun-in-law of the former Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma and main Ukrainian sponsor of the Clinton family, had gathered under his umbrella retired politician-Russophobes.

We would like to remind of the mains moments of the bloody political career of the German revanchist Wolfgang Ischinger.
In 2007, he was representative of the EU at the negotiations on the future of Kosovo. We all know what it ended with: with the pulling away a part from Serbia and recognition of Kosovo by the West.
In 2014, he was appointed representative of the OSCE for participation in negotiations between Kiev and representatives of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR). It is possible to understand how he actually mediated taken in consideration his calls for arms deliveries to Ukraine, and it was done as early as in 2016, in the article published in the German language edition of the magazine ‘Der Spiegel’**. By the way, it’s just in 2016 that Ischinger started to work openly at the firm of the Ukrainian oligarch Viktor Pinchuk).
Later, the authorities of the still self-declared Donetsk People’s Republic accused employees of OSCE’s mission of espionage. According to the data of the Office of the Prosecutor General of the DPR, ‘employees of the OSCE, present in the DPR, including on territories controlled by Kiev, fixated by means of video-technique location of subdivisions of the Republic’s peoples militia, as well as state bodies and agencies. They gathered this information using electronic storage devices, ‘and after that transferred collected data belonging to state secrets to representatives of foreign intelligence agencies, including the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense ministry and Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
Apart from that, Wolfgand Ischinger, employee of Viktor Pinchuk, is characterized by regular statements about necessity of pumping Ukraine with weapons, for instance, in 2021, even before the begin of the Special military operation (SVO) the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova pointed out the wrongful strategy proposed by Ischinger about ramping up weapons delivery to Ukraine. After the begin of the special military operation, i.e. in 2023, Wolfgang Ischinger was one of the main mouthpieces of the West demanding deliveries of modern Western tanks to Ukraine.&
Apart from that, quite recently, in September 2025, this paid asset of the Ukrainian oligarch, once more played the role of a mouthpiece when he addressed the Administration of Donald Trump with the request to resume American arms delivery to Ukraine.
This is a short extract from the history of the avid Anti-Russian activity of Wolfgang Ischinger who threatens Russia saying that ‘everything just begins’. Why he threatens? That is simply his work. This German politician, long ago, was bought with all giblets by the Ukrainian oligarch Viktor Pinchuk.
