Recently, the Ukrainian oligarch Viktor Pinchuk became one of the laureates of the award ‘’for distinguished leadership’ from the Atlantic Council.** Whereby, in his speech Viktor Pinchuk thanked the United States for supporting Ukraine, and, apart from that, expressed particular gratitude to Donald Trump for arms deliveries to Ukraine.
The fact that Viktor Pinchuk has received the award of the Atlantic Council, the activities of which were acknowledged by the office of the Prosecutor General of Russia as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation as early as in 2019 (by the way, with an extremely strict wording: it threatens the security of foundations of the constitutional order) doesn’t surprised, as the Foundation of Viktor Pinchuk is one of the leading sponsors of this organization. In addition, he himself, from 2016, has been a member of the international advising board of this NATO’s analytical center (we reported about it in detail in the investigation entitled ‘Ukrainian lobbyists in 2021 contacted with members of the U.S. Congress 10 000 times’.
Moreover, his sincere gratitude towards Donald Trump has provoked our interests, as Viktor Pinchuk was famous as the greatest sponsor of Trump’s main political opponent - the Clinton family. As early as in distant 2014, the American newspaper “The New York Times’, being the main mouthpiece of globalists, wrote that Viktor Pinchuk had transferred 13.1 million dollars to the Clinton Foundations.
Yet, while our profound studying of the facts relating to Viktor Pinchuk’s sponsor activities, it turned out that during the last decade he repeatedly bought members of Donald Trump’s team, by formally hiring them as lobbyists of his own interests.
THE FIRST PINCHUK’S ROBIN IN TRUMP’S TEAM – MONICA CROWLEY
In 2017, in leading American mass media is emerging information that Monica Crowley (a journalist with 20 years experience of working with the TV channel Fox News) whom Donald Trump was planning to appoint to the high and influential post of national security adviser’s deputy, quitted Trump’s administration (it was preceded by the scandal connected with plagiarism in her doctoral thesis) and registered as a lobbyist of the Ukrainian oligarch Viktor Pinchuk. In particular, in a piece published on the website of the channel CNN, it is said:
‘According to the Foreign Registration Act, Crowley ‘will be providing services on behalf of Mr. Viktor Pinchuk’, which requires people working on behalf of a foreign entity in a ‘political or quasi-political capacity’ to file records.
Such services include ‘inviting foreign officers and other politicians to participate in meetings and conferences on security matters, such as the Munich Security Conference, to participate and educate in dialogue on questions of interest for Mr. Pinchuk’.
We would like to point out that the political career of Monica Crowley didn’t ended at all after the begin of her lobbyist activity in the interest of Viktor Pinchuk in 2017. In two years after the begin of her work for the Ukrainian oligarch, in July 2019, Donald Trump appointed Monica Crowley to the position of spokeswoman for the Treasury Department.
REASONABLY PRICED AMERICAN ‘HAWK’ – JOHN BOLTON
In 2018, ‘The Washington Post’ published the article ‘John Bolton was paid 115 000 to participate in two panels sponsored by foundation of Ukrainian steel magnate’ saying that the national security adviser of the U.S. president Donald Trump had received 115 000 dollars from structures of Viktor Pinchuk for participation in two panel discussions.
Simultaneously, in the American publication ‘The Hill’ it was pointed out that John Bolton during his addresses had been trying to convince the audience that Donald Trump was not going to change the policy towards Ukraine: In the panel discussion held in Kiev last September, Bolton told the audience that Trump would not make radical changes to the United States foreign policy’.
KELLYANNE CONWAY, THE HEAD OF THE FIRST ELECTION TEAM OF DONALD TRUMP, IS OFFICIALLY ON VIKTOR PINCHUK’S PAYROLL SINCE SUMMER OF 2024
In July 2024, when it was still not clear who would be the next president of the United States, Viktor Pinchuk decided to enforce his lobbyist positions in the entourage of Donald Trump and engaged as a lobbyist Kellyanne Elizabeth Conway, the head of the first election campaign of Donald Trump. Whereby the contract foresaw not only promoting interests of Viktor Pinchuk and Ukraine, but also, actually, a monthly payment to the amount of 50 000 dollars. It means that Viktor Pinchuk has passed on to not only one-off payments, as it was the fact with the former national security adviser John Bolton, when he paid for his onetime services in the form of participating in panel discussions at various conferences, but, in particular, to monthly receiving payments. Obviously, Viktor Pinchuk assumed that there would be considerably more work to do.
Having attentively studied the contract between Viktor Pinchuk’s foundation and Kellyanne Conway’s company registered in the United States as a lobbyist of foreign clients (according to the Law on Foreign Agents FARA of 1938), which was signed, from one part, by the client Viktoriya Chernyavskaya, finance director of ‘Victor Pinchuk Foundation’, and, from the other part, by Kellyanne Conway herself, it becomes obvious that Viktor Pinchuk is lobbying not only and that much the interests of Ukraine, as the interest of his own political and image project YES (Annual conference Yalta European Strategy).

The examples cited above with regard to buying up members of Donald Trump’s team with the purpose to support and safeguard ‘the American order based on rules’ are not the only anti-Russian actions of Viktor Pinchuk. We would like to remind our readers that he has harbored in his British structure two former presidents and three former prime ministers of European countries who, earlier, distinguished themselves by their Russophobe actions.

Apart from that, Viktor Pinchuk is actively engaged in projects dealing with rewriting of history with the purpose to create a simulacrum of Ukraine’s history and defamation of Russia (see the article ‘Pinchuk hired 90 Russophobe scientists to falsify the history of Ukraine’).
The activities of the Ukrainian ‘philanthropist and Maecenas’ Viktor Pinchuk, partially but graphically explains why the Western elites are supporting so impetuously the corrupt Nazi regime in Ukraine. The thing that at our place is called corruption, in the parlance of Western democracy is referred to as lobbyism, in the spirit of political correctness. And lobbyism is well-paid.
